Website Revamp & Banners Creation

I'm looking for a web designer who can help me revamp my website with the goal of increasing sales. The new design should be colorful and vibrant, straying from the traditional corporate look.
Key tasks include:
- Updating the website with a focus on improving sales conversion
- Creating eye-catching, colorful and vibrant design elements
- Designing promotional content including social media graphics and website banners
My primary focus will be adding pages for Christmas packages and corporate events, as well as updating my website with seasonal decorations. For example, during the fall season, I would add falling leaves, and during the Christmas season, I would update it with Christmas decorations. This will be an ongoing process, not just a one-time update.
Ideal candidates should have:
