Website Requirements Writer - Car Marketplace

I am looking for someone with a mindset of business or a product manager who can talk to me, gets my vision for a website (understand what we want to demo/ build through website developers in next 3-4 days) and helps me write website/design requirements for website developers/designers. You don;'t do design/development but you dictate how site should look at the end. We can look at 3-4 sites (competition) and pick/select best elements to fit our vision/needs.
It should take maximum 6 hours from selection to delivery.
1 hour of selection process
1 hour talking to me
2 hours of research sites
2 hours of writing requirements.
If this works out we will work on Product Management role for long term.
