Website Redesign - Unique design

I am looking for a redesign of this website. https://www.rotorooter.com/

1) Will need the following pages redesigned, unique designs only no templates no copy other designs. The layout(structure) can remain the same.
2) All images must be changed and unique:

Location Page - https://garagerepairmen.com/locations/ (will need a page like this where the cities link to another page suchas this one: https://garagerepairmen.com/locations/pembroke-pines/)
Specific Locations Page - use this layout: https://garagerepairmen.com/locations/pembroke-pines/
Blog page - https://www.rotorooter.com/blog/
Contact Us Page - Simple page like this: https://garagerepairmen.com/contact-us/

3) Logo will be different logo (we will provide)
4) All content (text) will be changed, but copy for now.
5) All menu systems will be the same just different design
6) Phone number, address and name of company will be different
7) URL will be different as well.
8) Frame size will be 1366px wide
9) The site will be responsive and should expand to 1920px wide and will be able to fit a Iphone at 315px wide
10) Wordpress site. Custom theme.
***Elementor will not be acceptable.***

Deliverables will be
- PSD photoshop files for each of the above pages.
- custom designed pages/site no templates

Please review the site and let me know if you can do this and how much time it will take to complete and cost.

We are hoping to have this done in 2-3 days. If you need more time, please advise. Also advise of the cost.

We will want revisions if necessary.
