Website Professional Redesign Using Elementor Themes

My project is a website professional redesign using a generic theme.This person needs to be an expert in Elementor specifically Astra Pro. I do not want someone learningthis on my time and money.
I am looking to use one of the pre-built themes with customization. I need to incorporate existing pages into the redesign, as well as provide extra features and theme customization. This project requires an experienced web developer with familiarity with the Elementor / Astra Pro and capabilities of customization and extra features. As this is an important project to me, quality work and attention to detail is required. The developer should be able to create a visually appealing, effective website with excellent user navigation, while making sure that all elements of the pages such as text, colors, images and videos are perfect. Timely delivery is a must – the website is up and running now being advertised with Google. I already have a company providing Google SEO so don't ask about that.
