The website should be user friendly. It should have a chat line where users can talk or negotiate directly with the seller/vendor or agent. It should have “make an offer” and “Reserve Price” if the seller asked when registering the property.

Other features such as Layout to be similar to “realestate.com.au” but modified to 24-7realestate.com.au (Need area location, Map, property type, etc etc)
You will have to design a creative logo with a creative Tag Line.
USER BACKEND SYSTEM:
This system would be maintained by three levels of users
Super administrator will be the default user & main controller of the system.
Hierarchy will be maintained as shown in above figure.
Processing users will report to their respective administrators (Who add them in
to the system).
All added approved users will have access to system by authenticate username &
password.
User will access the properties of other users but will not access the Owner
information
Administrator will access the all properties & contact information of their sub users but will not access the information of other administrators.
