This project will involve identifying and fixing website bugs, making content updates to improve user experience, and integrating an AI-powered chatbot to streamline customer support.
Scope of Work:
Website Audit & Bug Fixing:
Conduct a comprehensive audit for:
Performance issues (speed, load times)
Responsive design problems (mobile & tablet compatibility)
Broken links, missing images, or 404 errors
SEO optimization opportunities
Security vulnerabilities
Cross-browser compatibility
Provide a detailed report outlining issues and recommended fixes
Implement necessary bug fixes and performance improvements
Conduct post-update testing to ensure functionality and stability
Content Updates:
Review and update existing website content for clarity, engagement, and SEO best practices
Add new content sections related to driving lessons, instructor training programs, and road safety resources
Optimize text, images, and layout for a more modern, user-friendly experience
Ensure consistent tone and branding across all pages
AI Chatbot Integration:
Recommend and implement an AI chatbot solution (preferably with automation features for FAQs, bookings, and lead generation)
Customize the chatbot to handle common customer inquiries related to driving lessons, instructor training, pricing, and scheduling
Ensure seamless integration with the website’s existing layout and functionality
Provide basic training or documentation on managing and updating the chatbot
Requirements:
Proven experience in website audits, bug fixing, and performance optimization
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or relevant CMS)
Experience with AI chatbot platforms like ChatGPT, Dialogflow, Tidio, or similar
Content management and SEO optimization skills
Familiarity with website performance tools (Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix)
Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles
Preferred:
