Website Modification

I would like to modify my website and add some new features. Most importantly I want to sort out image optimization issue as my images are not 1000*1000. I want some readymade solution so i don’t need to hire a person just to adjust the image sizes. Secondly, I would like to have readymade watermark solution for all the images which will be upload.
