Website and Graphics Guru Needed

Warning, if you send me a canned response I will NOT consider you. Please explain to me why you are the best at designing AND developing websites. I am looking to work with someone who can take a decent template and create beautiful graphics and animations that will compliment it. I am not looking for a middle man that will sub contact all this work. Freelancer must have artistic skills with a good grasp of technology and programming. Show me your portfolio and specific projects that explain to me what you have done for others and what makes you the best! I also want you to tell me the average cost of those sites for you clients.
