Website Front End Upgrade

Small private website host and owner. Looking for someone creative to collaborate with. Existing website needs front end to be upgraded and modernized. Add new styles and fonts, backgrounds and some animations to make the site look new and cutting edge. Small non commercial project looking for expert skills in React.js and CSS. Can be an easy and fun project for someone familiar with front end design - no complicated development required. Must be willing to work with fixed milestones - no per hour fee or payments in addition to agreed milestones.
