Website For A Content Creater Agency (Shopify)

I am looking for a web developer to create a website for my content creator agency. The main features that I need for the website are:

A new home page
Invite only access to the website for creators
Login area with stats on their sales from Affiliate Program
Brands Offers Page
Community Hub Area with announcement area from website owner,
Giveaway Page
Leadaboad Area
FAQ's, Blog & Info area


Pages
Home Page
Brands Offers Page (only accessible when logged in) Where different offers are displayed from different brands
FAQ's Page (only accessible when logged in)
Blog Page (only accessible when logged in)
Announcement Community Page (only accessible when logged in)
User Account Page (only accessible when logged in) Message area, Sales states area for their commissions.


Features
Creators have different levels: Legend, Expert, Pro, these levels are given to them by site owners (me) and are based on their sales. Different levels can see different offers within the “Brands Offer Page”.
When signing up creators must agree to Terms & Conditions to gain access.

The Announcement Community Page

I have specific design preferences in mind for the website, so I would like the developer to incorporate those into the design.

Additionally, I want the website to be mobile responsive to ensure that it looks great and functions well on all devices.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
