Website Fixes, Design Improvements & Live WordPress Training via Google Meet

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to help me improve my website.

My website has several issues identified by popular website audit tools (performance, SEO, accessibility, best practices, etc.), and I need help fixing them. I also require a few design-related changes, including updates to specific templates and other UI/UX improvements.

Instead of simply completing the work, I want the developer to work with me live via Google Meet with screen sharing, so I can learn how to make these changes myself. The ideal candidate should be comfortable explaining what they're doing, answering questions, and guiding me through the process.

Scope of Work:
1. Review website audit reports and fix identified issues.
2. Make only few design and layout changes to specific templates/pages as per my requirement
3. Guide me step-by-step through each task using Google Meet and screen sharing. Explain the reasoning behind the changes so I can maintain the website independently.
4. Guide me through coding and opening any other new website on my own

Requirements:
Strong experience with my Wordpress website's CMS etc
Good understanding of website performance optimization and SEO.
Experience with responsive design and template customization.
Fluent in English and comfortable teaching during live audio sessions.
Reliable internet connection for Google Meet sessions.
