I'm seeking an experienced web developer to create a platform facilitating interactions between customers and merchants.
Key Features:
- Account Creation: Both customers and merchants should have the ability to create accounts and log in.
- Personalized Dashboards: Each user type should have their own dashboard with relevant information.
>> Customer Requests: Customers post anonymously, meaning no customer names or contact details are displayed in the request.
>> Merchant Proposals: Merchants offers (in response to customer posts) must be anonymous, meaning no merchant names or contact details are displayed in the offer.
Example (Category >> Car Fixing):
1. As a customer, my car broke down, so I upload a post with details of the problem, including photos, videos, or 360 views.
2. Merchants in the car fixing category receive a notification about my post and start sending me their offers.
3. As a customer, I choose the offer that suits me best, then I pay for it.
The project will initially launch with a few select categories, about two or three, with the potential for expansion in the future.
Please note, specifics on the starting categories and dashboard components will be discussed in further detail with the chosen freelancer. A portfolio of previous similar work will be highly regarded.
