Website Development for Club sign up

I'm in need of an experienced website developer to create an E-commerce platform for my sign-up service business.

Requirements:
- Develop both the front end and backend database using the data I provide.
- Create a neat front end, where customers will be able to sign up to clubs that are available.
- I want a calendar / ticketing system in place.
- the clubs displayed should be the ones that are available in the database
- For specific customers during login they should be able to add clubs that can also appear on the website.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in developing E-commerce websites.
- Proficient in backend data system integration.
- Familiarity with setting up sign up services online.
