We are a start up of care management software, dedicated to helping care providers streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance client care. To better showcase our product, we are seeking a talented Website Developer / UX Designer to either upgrade our existing website or build a new one from the ground up.
The Role-
We require a modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly website that effectively demonstrates our software’s features. The website should:
✅ Showcase our product with clear, compelling visuals and detailed explanations.
✅ Integrate with our database to capture leads for marketing and sales.
✅ Adhere to accessibility standards, ensuring an inclusive user experience.
✅ Be fully optimised for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess the existing website and propose either an upgrade or a full redesign.
• Develop a visually appealing, interactive, and informative website.
• Build a super admin panel to manage the website efficiently, using Strapi or similar technologies.
• Ensure the website is integrated with our database to capture potential customer data.
• Guarantee compliance with accessibility regulations.
• Optimise website speed, security, and overall performance.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Requirements
• Proven experience in web design and development (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in UI/UX, front-end, and back-end development.
• Expertise in Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or custom solutions).
• Experience integrating databases and lead capture forms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• FYI – Current website is using Java and Spring Boot for the backend, with plain HTML and Thymeleaf for the frontend
