We need a Thai speaker to build a website to help potential customers locate property in quickly and easily in Bangkok. The website will have a mobile and desktop version and will feature a map designed to help customers search by area. Make sure to type the word "responsive" in your reply so I know you read the job.

Before: We are building a website to help potential customers locate property in quickly and easily in Bangkok. The website will have a mobile and desktop version and will feature a map designed to help customers search by area. Make sure to type the word "responsive" in your reply so I know you read the job.
After: Simply turn the attached screenshots into html/css. I require that you use Bootstrap 5, the design be responsive, have no loading screens and achieve at least a 95 lighthouse score.
Because the desktop and mobile versions do not look very similar, you have some freedom to improve the design.
