Web Developer
Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a WordPress Developer & SEO specialist to review and deliver fully responsive and appealing websites, as well as improve such websites' search engine ranking using SEO techniques.
▪ Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress
▪ Collaborate with functional users, designers, and testers
▪ Manage front-end and back-end website development
▪ Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve website problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or an equivalent with at least 2 to 5 years’ experience of WordPress.
 Good problem-solving, written and oral communication skills
 Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP and jQuery
 Excellent knowledge of MySQL database
 Are self-motivated, and get things done without direct supervision
 Designing, building, and consuming REST APIs
 Bootstrap, CSS framework
 Experience using debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector
 Good understanding of code versioning tools
 Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
 Creating the website architecture.
 Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
 Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
 Conducting website performance tests.
 Troubleshooting content issues.
 Conducting WordPress training with the client.
 Monitoring the performance of the live website.
