Website Development - Community Crypto Watchlist and Voting

Job Contract - This will be a contract to build & tweak functionality to project completion and hand over to me.

Description:
*Need a site built that can be used in *WIX*.

I want a website dedicated to picking cryptocurrencies that is a transparent user based community.

User and profile:
User can sign up to the website and be able to create username, and vote on a list of cryptos. This is to be an open transparent community. They sign in and can do the following things:
Create a profile - There will be various questions to answer & describe themselves like nickname, geo/location info, about themselves, description, experience, likes/dislikes, etc.

I want to be able to have control of what info I can capture that each user can add/modify on their profile.

2 - General Website will be in tab format.
Following tabs - About, Community Crypto Watchlist, Education, News, Tools, Community Chat, etc...

I want ability as admin to have multiple admins, & regular user groups with privileges I can grant, and add users to various groups that will enable/disable admin functionality from view only, to permissions that the user groups can perform.

The function of this website under that Chat is to segment the chat out into various tabs similar to how Discord channels are laid out. (if you are familiar with discord channels you will know what I'm talking about).
A general Chat, & a chat for each Crypto in the watch list. I want the ability to enable a chat channel for any and/or all cryptos added to the Community Watch list.

I want users to be able to go to the Community Watch List & propose a new Crypto. Each Crypto will roll to a form that a user can submit a crypto & fill out different attributes like Crypto name, ticker symbol, reason for the add/proposal, etc... Current Price and target, if they are LONG or SHORT the crypto, etc...

Then that crypto will roll into Proposed to add to Watchlist tab that any user can click on(or only certain people in certain user groups can vote on), and then that group add it to the Community Watchlist with the attributes we decide to let be added.

Then this crypto is added to the Community Watchlist.
Any user can then go & vote for the crypto & give it rating like 0-10, or No opinion, things like Yes/No/Disagree, & comment about the crypto and cast/submit/change their vote or attribute of their vote at anytime.

*Clarification... Any chat of this crypto CANNOT be deleted, but a user of their own content in a crypto channel can modify ONLY their OWN content. No-one should be able to change ANYONE else's content.

This is a community forum meant to engage & open the floor to the entire community for communication, opinion, voting a crypto, polls, collaboration, etc... Anyone can change their opinion or vote.

There are certain attributes of their voting opinion I would like captured when they change it or enter it. I want it to keep record with a time stamp of what they entered for record/tracking over time such as vote, rating, opinion on SAID cryptocurrency so we can track sentiment change.

I want each user to be able to have their own avatar.

I want users to be able to direct message other users & admins.

I want users to be able to to sign up for notifications from users based on "triggers" on attributes, or when a certain sentiment or consensus is reached for any or all cryptos on the list. I want notifications to go to a user or groups. I want users to be able to subscribe to trigger notifications on any number of attributes attached to another user, or crypto in the community watch list.

I want users to be able to discuss Cryptos with each other on each crypto's page.

Each Crypto in the list has a channel that *can be enabled on that's in the Crypto Community Watch list. This means each User has a profile page, and each Crypto has its own profile page.

User/Crypto page content evolves organically by interaction in voting, polling, chat & collaboration.

I also need a logo designed.
