Update and redesign the website based on the wireframe provided, using HTML/CSS or React, to ensure a consistent user experience.

Optimize your website's performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Prior to deployment, conduct extensive testing to detect and resolve any faults or difficulties.
Requirements:
