I need a website developed for my office space rental business, Airbnb but for renting office space. The website will serve as a platform for clients to book and pay for office spaces online.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in website development, particularly with WordPress
- Understanding of e-commerce and booking systems
- Ability to integrate payment gateways into the website
- Knowledge of website security and data protection

The main feature I want on the website is a booking system where clients can select their preferred office space and make payments online. Similar to Airbnb, the website will have the ability for others to list their own properties and earn money from other renters, additional features as below.

3. Filter (Desk/Office/meeting room/ Event space) also filters on services (parking , wifi, kitchen gym, printer…) (like Airbnb)
4. Availability Calendar upon booking

6. User registration ( Phone number / gmail, facebook or Apple) Same as Airbnb
7. Map integration
8. Listing views as Map view or list view (Same as Airbnb)
9. Reviews and ratings
10. Email notification
11. Share booking details with a list of names/emails.
12. Messaging system between host and user
13. User Dashboard (metrics expense by period, by location, by Coworking space)
14. Invoicing and billing system
15. The user interface should be compatible with mobile browsers.
