Website Developer/technician, must know wordpress, PHP, etc..

Hi,
I am looking for a web technician to join my small SEO focussed team.
We get quite a bit of requests for new website design and need someone on a part-time basis to help us manage these requests.
Basically, whenever I get an order for a new website you will communicate back-and-forth with the client and the web designers to ensure the client gets the best service possible. You will also make sure their website is always running smoothly.
Your skills should include..
• Wordpress
• Theme customization
• PHP
- Migration of sites from another platform (WIX/Squarespace etc) to Wordpress
- Making sure the client's website is well-managed
- Must have experience building Wordpress sites
Job will include fixing minor issues on client's websites, overseeing website migrations/duplications from another platform (WIX) to Wordpress.
Design skills:
• HTML5 /CSS3
• Responsive website
• A bit of wesbite designing.
You should know enough to take on this role independently, so that I don't need to micro-manage this aspects anymore.
DO NOT apply if:
- You don't have strong experience with Wordpress or PHP
- You're inexperienced, or very expensive.. I'm looking for a low-cost Wordpress expert.
- You don't have experience building websites from scratch.
