Website Designing for a Media Company

I am looking to hire a Website Designer who can do creative designing for my Client. The development will be taken care by my Team and so only the creative design service is required. I would need someone who can do enough analysis and come up with a nice looking website like Disney.com.

The deliverable should be a highly creative website design, the assets and a Design Spec document.
