Website Designer/Builder

I am opening a boutique and launching my online site. I am needing a designed website that can utilize my current square payment method account. I would need a site that I would be able to add new product, apply coupon codes, sell E Gift Cards, have several merchandise tabs, & allow for emails to be gathered to send promotional materials. I am on a very limited budget, the designer will be chosen based on past examples, communication, and price.
