I'm the founder of ScaleUp Studio – a web design agency focused on helping businesses increase their sales through high-converting websites.

I'm currently looking for a **web designer** to join on a **commission-only basis**.

What I provide:
– I handle all sales and client acquisition
– You get full project details and creative direction
– You focus only on design and delivery

What you earn:
– 30% of each closed project (avg. project: €1,500–€5,000)
– You get approx. €500–€1,500 per site
– No hourly rate, paid only when we close a deal
