Website UI Design for Marketing Agency

I am looking for a talented freelancer to provide UI design for a website for my Marketing Agency. The website we need is a Business Website, so it should have the standard features you would expect to offer a professional presentation. Further, it should be mobile friendly, as much of the world now goes online through their phones.
