Website Design for Digital Service

Hello,
I am looking for someone that can design my website. I need the design for a landing page and a "standard" page that I can then use through the various pages that the site will have. I already have a working website. I need the "design" to "dress it".
I am looking for someone that KNOWS what to do, please. If you need guidance on a step by step basis, I don't have time for that, that's why I am looking to hire someone.
The website is related to environmental matters, therefore it should be in the tones of green, cream/beige, some light blue for water. Some white, too.
The design has to be contemporary and nice. No, I don't have any reference website that I like.
I need that YOU provide me with a portfolio of what you have done, and you are ready to do the design. I will not "open a chat to discuss". I will make my choice based on your portfolio AND your final quote. It's two pages. Quick and simple for someone knowledgeable.
Once I choose the winning bidder I will provide a screenshot of the current landing page (the website works, it just does not look "nice") and of a typical page inside the site.
You can then do your DESIGN, and provide it to me on Figma, for example. I expect you to create the graphic appearance, add some reference images (I will provide samples upon choosing the bidder), organize the site, etc.
