1. Logo redesign
2. Website visual overhaul to match reference sites

1. Phase 1: new logo
Deliverables:
- 3 unique "IO" logo concepts (no additional text)
- Final logo in multiple formats (AI, SVG, PNG, JPG)
- Style guide with colour palette, typography, and usage rules
Style Direction:
- Clean, professional, and modern aesthetic
- Bold, distinctive appearance that works across digital and print
- Options for either:
-- Text + icon combination (similar to forethought.ai)
-- Text-only with minimal design elements (similar to secondnature.com)
2. Phase 2: Website Redesign
Phase 2 can only begin after the logo is finalised.
2.1 Overall aesthetic
- Bold typography and colour palette derived from the new logo
- Ample whitespace for readability
- Clear visual hierarchy and CTAs
- Mobile-responsive design
- Professional imagery (no generic stock photos)

- Left column: Hero header, subheader, and "Get started" button that leads to a separate survey page
- Right column: Professional imagery conveying business growth and peace of mind. Ideally, a slideshow/animation with people from different businesses and some success text like the attached screenshot, which was taken from secondnature.com/solutions/property-managers.
We will provide the text for the images, but it can be something like:
- Industry: Hospitality
- Taxes paid on time
- 100% payroll compliance
2.2 Landing Page Redesign
Each service category (Accounting & Bookkeeping, HR & Payroll, AI Consulting, etc.) has its own landing page, but they all follow the same template.
Your task is to adjust the current design to match the new logo and homepage design. We also want to include conversion-focused elements like the ones at:

These elements include:
- Compelling blocks with client pain points (seen in the reference template as [PEOPLE] ARE STRUGGLING WITH [PROBLEM]…)
- The 3-step solution (The [Vehicle] to Getting This [Desired Outcome]…)
- A Before and After block (WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT…)
- A compelling way for us to list all the services we provide under that specific category.
You do not need to worry about the copy, only the design. In other words, you just need to create one (1) template.

As you can see, the copy is already there, but the design needs a bit of work.
3. Phase 3: Other fixes
3.1 Survey Functionality:
- Fix survey translation issues with dynamic text (e.g., "Our Account Managers are experts in companies with [X] employees")
- Create conditional logic for sole traders (0 employees)
- Separate flow for private clients (bypassing business questions)
3.2 Create a page with a fiscal calendar like this one:

We’ve already installed the plugin used on the reference website, EventON. If there’s a better plugin, please advise.
We don’t need the development team to create events. We just need the calendar plugin set up to match the functionality of the reference webpage.
Important: the calendar events we’ll use are not physical events but rather filling deadlines. For example, one event might be a monthly VAT statement filing deadline.
Technical requirements
- All designs must be implementable within WordPress
- Provide necessary custom CSS/JS if required
- Ensure compatibility with existing plugins
Deliverables:
- Complete mockups for desktop and mobile versions
- Design assets
- Implementation-ready files for WordPress/Elementor
