I wish to have my WordPress theme installed and my website fully operational... once fully operating, I'll need someone to check up on my website health once a week to ensure things are fine... 1 hr per week...

Once that is stable, I'll have them design and monitor my other two ​websites, pay will vary based on how well they do.
