1. Intro/ Overview of the project –
Dear all, Good day to you. We have a project to create a static website, which can be used later as dynamic (if needed). Website will be for our USA based clientele. It will be primarily used for Manpower Outsourcing purpose. We need relevant design in line with market best practices, design and narrative. Also, it should be SEO friendly as well as can be optimized for any Ads from any platforms. We are planning to develop the same it at the earliest and deploy. For your more information, budget and other necessary stuff are provided below.
2. Website Audience –
The website will be especially used for outsourcing purpose in pan USA. Our main target will be businesses (B2B) and later upon acquiring certain need, will be connecting with candidates to take it further. So complete website audience will be corporates as well as candidates, need to learn about our business.
3. New website objective –
New website objectives will be –
• Mainly to acquire and attract new leads (both new businesses & candidates).
• Increase our presence in pan USA.
• Reach more target audience.
• Can be optimized easily.
• Content areas should articulate properly to visitors.
4. New Website Functionality Requirements –
The list consists of –
• Static website (which later can be changed to dynamic according to our requirement).
• Responsive design – should be mobile friendly as well as tablet & PC.
• Own search portal to search within our website. Be it jobs or any other information.
• Users sign up & sign in options.
• Should be written in php, asp.net or WordPress (CMS based).
• Website should be SEO friendly.
• Website can be optimized according to our Ads requirement. We will be running ads from any platform (i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. platforms).

Wishlist contains –
• Unique design. (UI)
• Easily accessible, easy navigation.
• Easy maintenance. (Adding, Deleting, Managing)
• When accessed from USA, should only open USA domain (MSADIRSERVICE.us).
• Color combination – eye catching.
• Content – elements should have a proper gap among them. Not to be too close.
• User friendly.
• Call to action.
• Simple easy to remember URLs.

7. Proposal Requirements –
Dear all, we need a detail proposal for the project, which should include below mentioned points –
• How project will be executed.
• Which language or CMS platform will be used to create the same.
• Any past projects reference. (Your past works)
• Which things can be done from our requirements, and which cannot.
• Budget estimation (quote).
8. Website RFP & Project Timeline Details –
We have a deadline for the submission of the proposal on or before 24th December 2021. And note that, we want to finish the project at the earliest. Project completion
Deadline to submit and handover the complete project is – 5th January 2022.
