Website Design/Deployment With Graphic Design

We currently have a website but we want to redo the design to make it look more custom, our current one was ripped/cloned from another site and it looks very plain.

We want custom graphics made to match our brand/project that can be used on our website

We would like to include a chat room if possible, for anyone visiting to come in and chat in there

We would also like to include a newsletter section where we can add game updates/articles

We will mainly keep the same information from our current site, the main thing we need is a new custom design and new graphics, no stolen code from other projects
