I am looking to create a website with an informational purpose, requiring multiple pages. At present, I am open to suggestions when it comes to the design style and color scheme for the website. I need an experienced freelancer to create a website design blueprint that outlines the overall look and functionality for the website. They should have a solid understanding of web development,UI/UX, and graphic design. The blueprint should list out each web page, its content, color scheme, and additional features as necessary. The design should be based on the below attached feature.
