Trust The Process Recruiting LLC. - Business Module
Company Outline; We are a college sports recruiting service that helps athletes get connected with college coaches.
Project Goal; We are looking to add two main functions to our website. Which utilizes proprietary technology to maintain a unique dataset that is instrumental in the athletic recruiting process.
Main Function 1- This is the priority future!!! When users sign up with our service they should be able to give us delegated seamless interrogation access to send emails on there behalf using a Gmail account. We have compiled a email list of all our personal coaching connections that by delegating our website access to there email, they should then have access to send emails to all our contacts. The users should be able to send emails directly from our website to the selected schools of there choice. They should be able to sort and search schools based on state, division, or school name. They should be able to create templates and use tags such as “@CoachLastName” “@SchoolName” and “SchoolTeamName” so that they can send emails by bulk but they all look individually personalized. Users should have a dashboard to view and edit there saved schools, email templates, and communication history. Upon adding/deleting schools there should also be a feature to view the schools athletic website. The communication page should show dates and times for what template message they sent and too which schools. Our email list should be able to be updated periodically on the backend. Campaign analytics should be possible too.
Main Function 2- Users(players and coaches) will be able to make a public profile that is viewable to the public. The site should have a section that shows who’s online. Users such as players should be able to log things on there page such as interest offers, commitments, and signings which should circulate to our home page to draw attention.

We currently have our own website at TrustTPRecruiting.com we are open to creating a entire new one or embedding these functions as code on our current website so that we have more control of it. If you have experience in this field and think you can complete this task please contact me. We have pictures of examples of similar work that we would like. If possible please create demo or sample of your work. If all goes well we will like to continue with you moving forward for the long run. We will not respond to generic messages!
EDIT: Test should run to see what a healthy amount of emails per should be to send out. To avoided emails going in junk mail.
