Website Creation with Nuxt, Tailwind and Strapi

I am looking for a website developer who can create an e-commerce website using Nuxt 3, Tailwind, and Strapi. I have design examples I can send to you. You MUST be fluent in English. Do not copy and paste your proposal. I won't look at if you're just applying for everything. The website will have a minimalist design style, and I require the following skills and experience:

- Experience with Nuxt 3, Tailwind, and Strapi
- Experience with deploying Workers with Cloudflare Wrangler
- Strong understanding website development
- Ability to create a responsive design for mobile and desktop
- Familiarity with Vue/Nuxt, Strapi, Tailwind CSS and SEO.
- Must be creative and flexible with my wants and needs
