Website Creation and Tracking of Orders

Looking for a simple website to be designed for fundraising. The fundraiser will consist of selling baked goods in person. The website will consist of a homepage and order forms for the dates the fundraiser will take place so people can place orders online. The website does NOT have to process payments. The primary function of the website and order forms is to know how much to prepare. Additionally there must be some sort of interface or way too easily keep track of the orders placed (some sort of spreadsheet). Lastly I am looking for this to be relatively low upkeep and able to be run and maintained without being overly complex. I prefer the website to be set up on a popular web hosting platform. Finally, I want this to be developed and up and running as soon as possible. Please let me know if you are interested in partaking in this project!
