Website UX Consultant For Site Optimization

I am looking for a UX expert to analyze the home page of my companies website Ecoguard. We are a concrete tool manufacturer that sells diamond tooling that specializes in polishing concrete. The website is Ecoguard.com and it is a wordpress site that was built with Elementor.
My goal by hiring a UX expert is to come up with an optimized mockup to create a highly attractive home page that looks good on both mobile and desktop that will get visitors to stay longer on the website.
Overall I would like a better-looking home page that can grab leads and decrease the bounce rate.
