Website Changes

I need to make some changes to my website, starting with design/layout changes. My website is currently fully functional, but I'm open to any creative suggestions or ideas for the changes. I'm looking for someone who is creative and has experience in website design to help me update my website, making it look better and have improved functionality than before.
