I am looking for someone who can create a website for downloads.

My requirements are:

-current programming language
-properly documented
-secure and bug-free
-modern design (TV, Movie, Anime Theme)
-API
-RSS feed
-invite system
-password protection before entering the website
-user and download management
-imdb integration (fetch images and information)
-construction of the website should be similar to Emby/Plex
-categories incl. subcategories
-uploads templates
