Website Building

I need a brand new website. Starting with the set up of the network (domain, hosting...). I would like to offer online services and handle the orders automatically - CRM database and PAYMENTS (PayPal or such). Online coaching should be possible and the pages should include tasks for the users to be done. Logins for the users are required to continue outstanding tasks. The homepage has to be blog friendly and connected with social media. Standard plug ins like SEO / SEA, backup, security, data protection... There is a lot more to it - further expections and details will follow.
