Website Build | Restaurant Menu Comparison Site

Hi
I want to build a website which lets users search for restaurants in their local area and helps them choose where to eat by allowing them to easily compare the menus within my website. It should either scrape local menus or allow restaurant partners to upload.
It should let customers compare multiple restaurant menus at once, based on key dietary requirements, eg. discover the best vegan options at restaurants within 3 miles of them - without having to click out to multiple different restaurant websites.
The customer should be able to see the range of menu options on this website, then compare them prior to then clicking through to website / booking system of their chosen restaurant.
