Website Build

I am looking for a front end developer with a great eye for detail who can follow existing designed and UX. The framework for the site is already built and we need a front end developer to work with an existing team to complete the site.
• Strong proficiency with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JS frameworks such as Material UI/Angular CLI/RxJs
• Familiar with Bootstrap.
• Experience in Node.js
