## Short description (bid-list preview)

We own ~20 live websites across real estate/construction, a non-profit ministry
family, and two software products. We're hiring an experienced reviewer to audit
each site's **design and content** and deliver a clear, prioritized overview of
what to **change, add, and remove** to make each site better. This is a **review
and recommendations** project — not a redesign or build. Please review the sites
listed below before sending your bid.

---

## About us & the project

We're a group of companies and organizations in Central Florida, each with its own
public website. The sites were built and launched quickly, and we now want a fresh,
expert outside perspective before we invest in the next round of improvements.

We are **not** asking you to redesign or rebuild anything in this engagement. We
want a **written audit** that tells us, page by page, what's working, what's hurting
us, and exactly what to change, add, or remove.

The portfolio falls into three groups:

1. **Real estate, development & construction** — a family of B2B/B2C service brands.
2. **Ministry / non-profit family** — a Christian community center and its outreach,
devotional, and personal-brand sites (most are trilingual: English / Portuguese /
Spanish).
3. **Software products** — a research-supply e-commerce storefront and a SaaS web app.

## Our goals with this project

We want this review to help us:

1. **Raise credibility and first impressions** — make each site instantly look
trustworthy and professional to the right audience (clients, investors, donors,
buyers).
2. **Increase conversions** — more phone calls, form submissions, bookings,
sign-ups, and purchases. We want to know what's blocking action on each page.
3. **Tighten messaging and content** — clearer, more persuasive copy that explains
what each business does and why someone should choose us.
4. **Create consistency across our brand families** — sites within the same group
should feel like they belong together without being cookie-cutter.
5. **Find quick wins vs. bigger projects** — a prioritized roadmap so we know what
to fix first for the most impact, and what can wait.
6. **Catch what's broken or embarrassing** — typos, dead links, weak imagery,
incomplete pages, mobile issues, missing trust signals.

The end result we want: a practical, prioritized playbook we (or our developers)
can act on immediately.

## What we expect from you

- **Honest, specific, actionable feedback.** "This hero is weak" isn't useful;
"Replace the stock photo with a real project photo and change the headline from X
to something like Y because it doesn't say what you do" is. Be direct — we'd
rather hear hard truths than compliments.
- **Prioritization.** Tell us what matters most. Not every issue is equal; flag the
high-impact ones clearly.
- **Both design AND content.** We need an eye for visual design *and* for
copy/messaging. If you're strong in only one, tell us up front.
- **Respect the context.** The ministry sites are faith-based and trilingual; the
e-commerce site is research-use-only with compliance constraints; the real-estate
brands are professional B2B. Recommendations should fit each audience, not impose
a generic template.
- **Show your reasoning.** Briefly say *why* a change helps (trust, clarity,
conversion, SEO, etc.) so we can prioritize confidently.
- **Clear communication.** Organized, well-written English and a predictable
delivery schedule. Tell us if you'll deliver in batches.
- **No login/admin needed.** Review only the public-facing pages. We are not asking
you to access gated dashboards or accounts.

## What we want reviewed

For **each website**, review the **5–6 most important pages** (typically Home plus
the key conversion pages — Services, Products, About, Contact, etc.). For **each of
those pages**, give us:

- **First impression & overview** — what the page communicates in the first 5
seconds, and whether it lands.
- **What to KEEP** — what's already working.
- **What to CHANGE** — layout, hierarchy, copy, imagery, CTAs, colors, typography,
navigation, trust signals.
- **What to ADD** — missing sections, content, proof, calls-to-action, features.
- **What to REMOVE** — clutter, redundancy, weak content, anything that distracts
or hurts credibility.

Across every site, also comment on:

- **Visual design & brand consistency** (within each site and across the brand family)
- **Content quality & messaging** (clarity, persuasiveness, grammar, tone)
- **UX & navigation** (easy to find what matters and to take action?)
- **Mobile responsiveness** (most of our traffic is mobile)
- **Conversion** (do pages drive calls, form fills, sign-ups, or purchases?)
- **SEO basics** (titles, headings, metadata, structure — high-level)
- **Accessibility & readability** (contrast, font sizes, alt text — high-level)
- **Trust & credibility** (testimonials, certifications, licensing, legal pages, proof)
- For the **trilingual ministry sites**: whether the EN/PT/ES versions feel equally
polished and complete.

## Deliverable

A written report (Google Doc, PDF, Notion, or organized spreadsheet — your choice)
that, for each website:

- Gives a short **overall summary** and a **priority score** (1–10) for how much
work the site needs.
- Covers the **top 5–6 pages** with the keep / change / add / remove breakdown above.
- Ends with a **prioritized action list** ("if you only do 5 things on this site,
do these").
- Includes **annotated screenshots** where they help make a point.

A final section ranking **which sites to fix first** for the most impact is a plus.

actually see. (A site or two may be in progress — note anything that looks unfinished.)
