Webshop were clients can buy logistic service

I'm not hiring someone for web shop development! Please read the description. I need someone who can give me some tips/valuable advice on which platform suits best for developing a web shop where clients can book logistic services. This project is for a logistics company. I have experience with WooCommerce, but I'm curious if it is suitable for logistics services. Please see the attached images; it should look similar to that and respect all features which a web shop need to have (Customer Section, Payment etc.). The budget for this project is quite low, so doing something really complex is not an option. Preferably, it should be done with WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento 2, or a similar platform. I would prefer Woo but open for any valuable advice to get this job started.

I will only pay someone who gives me truly valuable advice on how to proceed with the project (Which plugins to use and so on) I described above.
