Webflow Website Changes

I am looking for a skilled Webflow developer to make specific design changes to my website. I need them done very quickly (over the weekend). This is for my own website, so the changes have to perfect:

Specific changes needed:
- Implement animated JSON for the header image
- Modify a template page OR turn a template page into a regular page
- Duplicate site to French pages based on English (I will add french text)
- Maybe create loading page when entering website? (Option)
- Several other small layout changes on website

Requirements:
- Speak good english
- Good Experience in Webflow
