Webflow Template Customization for Official Site (Brand Ready Assets Provided)

I’m building my own official website. We’ve already purchased the Agency-Z Webflow template and created a detailed spec. We’re now looking for an experienced Webflow developer to help us customize this template into a polished, responsive, CMS-driven site.
This is not a design-from-scratch job — I will provide:
•All copy and content
• Figma wireframes (section-by-section)
• Final branding, color palette, icons, 3D renders
•Lottie animations & visual assets
•All CMS structure and dev handoff docs
•A fully mapped user experience (persona-based UX)

Main Project I need you to do:
•Clear section-by-section instructions + QA checklist
Clone and clean the purchased Agency-Z Webflow template (Already Purchased)
• Customize each section per Figma wireframes and provided content
• Implement our CMS structure for:
• Invention Systems
• Spinouts / Projects
• Roles / Team Members
• Personas
• Integrate:
• Lottie animations (placeholders provided)
• Scroll/hover animations (reuse template’s interactions)
• Build 2–3 modal-based forms (Submit Tech, Send a Challenge)
• QA for responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Ensure all page routing, CMS slugs, and metadata are SEO-ready

• Are familiar with Figma to Webflow plugin
• Have worked on science, tech, or innovation-focused sites
• Know how to work with Whalesync, Airtable, or Zapier for backend connections (optional)

• Figma (I’ll share full design file + dev notes)
• LottieFiles (animations already rendered or embedded)
• CMS: Webflow CMS now, migrating to Django API backend later

I’ll provide:
• A detailed [Word doc + visual spec guide]
• All final assets (icons, 3D, branding, copy)
• Google Doc checklist of tasks
• Access to Figma and Webflow account

You’ll deliver:
• Fully working, Webflow-hosted responsive site
• CMS wired up and ready to import
• QA-ready staging version for final review
