Web site needing build for the Airbnb industry using WIX
Budget: $10 – $10,000,000 USD
I have purchased a cabin in the mountains of Virginia that I’m working on to convert to an Airbnb rental by Fall, 2021. I wish to have a web site developed that will provide additional information beyond the rental platform that is ultimately used (i.e. VBRO or Home away). Also, once the site is functional, we will need to initially set things up to have dual administration abilities (either of us can make changes) if that’s possible. Regardless, in time the web site administration responsibilities are to be transferred to me. I will be a quick study of WIX and not interested in pursuing other web site building platforms so if you are inclined to convince me to use another platform, let’s save each other some time please.
Here are the specifics: I need someone who predominantly uses WIX to build web sites and who has built numerous sites for the Airbnb industry and who can provide with me not only links to the sites you have constructed, but contact information to your clients as well. A little extra consideration “may” be given to web site developers within a 50 mile driving distance to my home in Kernersville, NC or within 50 miles of the cabin (Dugspur, VA), though your location certainly is not a deal breaker.
My background is in research and I used to contract projects to research firms and their first question was always “what is your budget?”. My response was always “please don’t be concerned with what my budget is, you tell me what you will charge to accomplish what I need done.” That is how we will approach this project as well, hence the wide-open ridiculous budget established in the dropdown information I provided.
Finally, I’m hoping to establish a rapport with my web site developer. One who I hope to invite as a guest to my rental and perhaps gain some additional insights of what we could do to enhance the site.
