Web developer ongoing for online store

I am looking for a web developer to work with me on an ongoing basis for my online store. The store is currently on Shopify and I am looking for someone who has experience working with this platform.

I am not sure about specific functionality or features that need to be added, so I am looking for someone who can provide recommendations based on their expertise. My priority for improvements is visual design, so I am looking for someone with a strong design background.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

- Must be able to write and edit basic code i.e. alter template to include more theme functionality
- Upload product batches regularly
- Must have attention to detail
- Be willing to answer questions and assist me with understanding technical issues
- Copywriting skills a bonus
- SEO skills a bonus
