Web developer needed for website development (bootstrap)

We're looking for a mid-level web developer to help us revamp our website (www.cloudsolutionspartners.ro) by building it from scratch in bootstrap. The website needs to be responsive and have a minimum CMS for content administration and a calendly for booking discovery sessions. CSP is a technology company providing consulting and development services for digital transformation using low code and no code apps. We have a brand book that you'll need to follow and the text will be delivered by us. As for the new design guidelines, we want the website to be clean, looking modern and professional and to be easy to navigate through, regardless the device. This is a one-shot project and the code is going to be reviewed at the end for correctness purposes meaning the developer will need to follow standards and comment the code for easy maintenance and updates. Mockup needs to be approved in advance. Please make sure you can provide portfolio or show past projects which would be relevant.
