Web designer/ UX/UI needed for a startup

I am looking for a web designer to help me with a brand new venture. I want to create a website with a goal of an early sign-up for my product which is yet to come.
So it will be the home page with the signup form and about page.
I would like to get a web design that is simple, yet looks like a high-end tech company.
