Web designer - Adding to team
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Dear Applicants,
I would like to hire one web designer on monthly bases to work with me. The work requires proper communication and timely manner work finish. I need a professional who has experience in building ecommerce websites on woo commerce , wix and wordpress. And developing for mobile , tablet and pc.
Apps development is crucial.
The opportunity to grow in this company is great and I would be hiring the candidate on yearly bases. But for this to happen I would monitor for three months their performance and delivery on timely manner.
Their would be a 75% Increase in pay after three months and passing these criteria with freelancer team drafting the contract for the same in order for both the parties to be secure.
Minimum of 2 years of experience required with min of 8 -10 projects undertaken. I would be personally be visiting each profile before selecting the right candidate.
Based in Monaco - France we would like the right candidate to join us after completion of following with paid flight tickets and salary :
a) 3 months of performance review ( 75% increase in pay from initial pay mentioned here)
b) Contract of work for a year
c) Permanent contract and invitation letter of work to France & Monaco ( after completion of year's contract)
And please do not waste my time if you are starting out new because I will test you for a month on how you work. I can make out in a week who is a professional and has experience or not !
