Web designer

I'm looking for an experienced web designer who has a good eye for layout, color, fonts, etc. I need someone who knows what appeals to millennials in web design as well. You do not need to build the website, but I am looking for input on how it should look and help to find pictures for the site.

If you have graphic design skills for creating icons, that is a plus.
