Web design required for a check in process -- 7

Hello,

I am looking for a fantastic web designer to help create an aesthetic web check in flow for a project that I'm working on.

There would be 5 pages in this flow with special care taken for how it would look on mobile web browsers.

Pages include:
- Check in page require form consisting of Booking reference and family name
- booking information
- declaration ( text with checkboxes)
- seat map
- confirmation
